Terms and conditions of use



All products are new, and are presented in their original packaging or seal.

You can visualize with larger size the images of the products by zooming in the image of the same. Due to the visualization of the color in the monitor and depending on the adjustments of the same there can be a small variation of color and detail with respect to the reality. We will not be able to accept changes or returns because the color is not exactly the same as expected. Likewise, in the case of cosmetic and beauty products, they do not have a guarantee of repayment protected by law due to their nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product is in bad condition due to factory problems or transportation problems. For electrical products there is a 2 year warranty covered by the manufacturer subject to conditions specified in each product manual.



Prices shown include VAT and are valid for the peninsula and Balearic Islands. Prices do not include shipping. The displayed prices are valid except typing error and until end of stock. The prices can vary without notice. All sales are made with your corresponding ticket or purchase invoice that you will receive along with the order. Products are available for sale until stocks last.



The customer navigates through our online store incorporating to his basket those items that he wants to buy. Once you have selected the items, you will choose the payment and shipping method. Prior to the order, you must register by filling out a form with your personal data, or log in with your password in case you are already registered, to finalize your order. Once this process is finished you will receive a message to your email address with all the information of your order. If your email is free (Hotmail, Yahoo, Terra, Gmail, etc.), this message may be stored in the “Spam” or “Spam” folders.


Important: We recommend checking the copy of the order that will arrive at your email to verify that your billing, shipping, etc. data are correct. In this way you will avoid delays or incidences in the delivery of your order.

5.1.Credit Card. You can pay with your Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro and Mastercard through the secure payment gateway.

Important: If the order, once confirmed and shipped, is not accepted by the customer, it will have to pay for the expenses incurred. You will receive an invoice or proof of purchase by postal mail and / or email. All false orders, or attempted fraud, will be reported to the competent authorities. All the necessary information will be provided to collaborate with the research.



From the “My account” section you can know, at any time, the status of your order. Click on “My orders” and it will show one of the following states:

– Pending – in preparation: Your order has been correctly received and will be processed shortly for shipment.

– Sent: Your order has been sent (it is no longer possible to cancel)

– Delivered: The courier company has delivered the product at home.



Cosmetic and beauty products (makeup, brushes, shadows, lipsticks, etc …) do not have a guarantee of return protected by law due to their nature of consumer goods. Returns will only be accepted if a product is in bad condition due to factory problems or transportation problems. You must communicate within 24 hours of receiving the order.


Incorrect product. If the delivered product does not match the one requested in the order you must notify us immediately. Contact us through the contact section of our website and we will process your incident as soon as possible.
